St. Paul Community Lutheran Church (SPCLC) is a unique church of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS). We are a mission church, and the only Lutheran
church in the city of Pontiac. Our mission statement is: “Meeting the people of Pontiac where they are, with the Gospel that changes lives.” We endeavor to complete that mission statement everyday with the services we provide for our Pontiac community.
We provide food everyday we are open, through our food bank, community meals, and local restaurants. We are able to provide clothing to people in need. We offer grief groups, prayer groups, and other faith-based groups for people to either encounter Christ for the first time, or grow in their faith and knowledge of Him. We rely on the support of local Lutheran churches for our budget and volunteers to run our programs.
We are excited to partner again with Cross of Christ and to be their Mission of the Month.
