Please join us on Friday July 14th for our next Men’s Event – THE STEAK OUT
Yes you read that correctly… we said STEAK. On Friday night July 14th. we will fire up the grills and enjoy some good food and fellowship. We will be bringing in some very generous size cuts of steak from a local butcher.
This time around, all the steaks will be cooked to a perfect medium rare doneness in advance by way of sousvide (the way the restaurants do it). You’ll be able to select the steak you want, add seasonings and finish it on the grille by searing. it only takes a few minutes to finish these perfectly done steaks. If you want your steak more well done, you can just add time to the grille during the searing process. VIOLA!!
For those of you who have not had a steak this way yet, you’re in for a great treat! Oh, and there will some wonderful side dishes and a salad too. We will also be providing water and soda.
ACtivities include Oversized Jenga, Axe Throwing, Bon Fire, free range Bocce Ball, corn hole, Pontoon tours of Elizabeth Lake, and an optional large-screen open-air movie viewing after dusk (feel free to bring a lawn chair)
Event start at 6:15pm. Grills will be hot by 7pm to start cooking.
Cost will be $30 per person (Man or Teenage Man). We are asking everyone to please register and pay in advace below, so that we can get an accurate heard count and order enough steaks for everyone.
